Welcome to the Rheal Ambassador Programme - thank you for joining!
These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Programme both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use a product or service from the merchant.
By participating in the Programme, Affiliate agrees to use the Programme in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Programme in any manner.
1. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Programme Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Programme Registration.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupon
Affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s affiliate link and then later they click on yours prior to making a purchase, your affiliate link is the one that counts.
Affiliates may be assigned a unique coupon code. If assigned, full details and usage guidelines will be available on your Dashboard. If both a link and coupon are used, only one commission will apply. If you have not been assigned a branded coupon, you are not permitted to promote any coupon.
Affiliates may promote the Rheal website via their online channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) or via offline media (e.g., magazines, print ads).
3. Commissions and payment
Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on the commission structure. The commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fees, including but not limited to tax and shipping costs.
For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify the correct payment details within the Dashboard Settings. The payment schedule will be notified on the Affiliate Guide page.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Programme is subject to a fair use policy which gives the merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission is displayed on the Commission tab and any paid commission will be listed on the Payment tab. Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will result in your commission not being paid.
4. Gifting
On joining the programme the affiliate will be gifted an initial welcome gift of two products. The affiliate can submit a request for further gifting on a monthly basis if the following criteria is met:
Affiliate has shared content on Rheal the month prior
Affiliate has driven 3 valid sales for Rheal the month prior which have tracked in the UpPromote platform
5. Content Requirements
By joining the Rheal Ambassador Programme, you agree to share a minimum of one piece of content featuring Rheal on your primary social media channel within the first 30 days of joining the Programme.
To remain an active affiliate, you must continue to share at least one piece of Rheal-related content each calendar month on your primary social media channel. This ensures ongoing eligibility for gifting, commission, and inclusion in the Programme.
6. Content Usage Rights
On joining the Rheal Ambassador Programme, you automatically give the merchant usage rights for both organic and paid content including but not limited to; usage on the merchant website, social media account, paid ads and any other business-related task without requiring your permission.
7. Marketing tool
We may share promotion media such as a banner, logo or specific collection promotion to you through the Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on your chosen affiliate channels.
8. Cookie
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track their activity.
If an individual doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookie data then we’re unable to track their activity, meaning we’re unable to pay earnings based on that individual’s activity.
The cookie period is 30 days.The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or uses the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer on the merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (there’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).
9. Removal from Referral Programme
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate programme, they can do so by contacting: hollynewbury@rhealsuperfoods.com.
Rheal reserves the right to remove any affiliate who does not comply with the programme Terms and Conditions or posts any illegal or offensive material online.
Rheal reserves the right to remove any affiliate who acquires sales/commission from sources that are not their own social media channels, own community, or own organically generated content e.g. leaving their affiliate code in public forums, as comments/posts on public pages, or on another content creators organic posts to generate sales. Rheal also reserve the right to deny and/or undo commission where earnings have been acquired this way.
10. Contact from Rheal
On accepting these Terms and Conditions the affiliate is opting in to receiving email and newsletter communication from the brand in relation to the Brand Ambassador Programme. If the affiliate wishes to unsubscribe from these please contact hollynewbury@rhealsuperfoods.com
